The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Indices are the leading measures of U.S. residential real estate prices, tracking changes in the value of residential real estate both nationally as well as in 20 metropolitan regions.     The S&P Healthcare Claims Indices track healthcare cost and utilization trends across various commercial lines of business by geography (census division, region, state, and metropolitan area), healthcare type (medical, hospital, inpatient, outpatient, professional services, drug, generic drug, and brand drug), as well as by incurred period. The indices are made up of healthcare claims data obtained from leading health insurance companies representing approximately 60 million covered individuals. Currently there are over 17,000 published indices, which are available by subscription only.
